To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the correct address.
If you received the wrong or damaged goods, we would be responsible for the shipping fee.
If the return is caused by the consumer, a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific payment should be based on the express company you choose. We recommend returning your item with a reliable carrier that includes tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
